Adding to his entrepreneurial accomplishments, Jim previously owned twenty three rental units, and has developed a great understanding of resident needs, as well as real estate investing. He is a member of the Tri-County Board of Realtors, the National Association and Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College. Jim is married with three adult children, and is a long time resident of Taunton.

Chris holds a number of professional Realtor designations including the CRS - Certified Real Estate Specialist of which only 4% of all Realtors hold this advanced designation due to extensive experience, and training. GRI - Graduate Realtor Institute, SRES- Specialist Helping Seniors with real estate and RECS Cyberspace Internet Specialist. He is currently working on the CCIM- advanced commercial designation.
He is the Current 2009 President and past 2006 President and Director of the Tri-County Board of Realtors. He was elected the 2007 Realtor Of The Year for the Tri-County Board of Realtors. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Mass Association of Realtors . He is a member of the National Association of Realtors. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College. In addition he has an accomplished 30 year sales and marketing career in the high technology industry.
